    HI congratulations.

This is normal they do not sit on there eggs until the 2nd or 3rd egg has been laid and some wont incubate the eggs until the whole clutch has been laid.

Does she have a nest box?
    Cuttlefish bone?
    Mineral Block?
Do you have then on soft foods such as boiled eggs crushed up with the shell, Boiled Pasta, Boiled Brown Rice.

You can also get an egg food which is designed for weaning and handfeeding of baby birds this is called EMP or CeDe you can get this from any good petstore.

I put this food in a seperate dish for them aswell as there normal diet.

Do you have a nesting box first of all cause if you do then in a few days she will start laying on the eggs.
