I have a black, 6 month old mini-lop. When we got him (4 months old) he was completely black, but now the tips of his fur are white. Is this normal, its only the tips of his fur, not the whole thing. He seems to be in perfect condition and he looks happy. He lives in my backyard, could it be something in his environment that is bothering his skin???? I am completely clueless and utterly confused... :0011:

When we got Cadbury our rabbit he was a very dark chocolate. Now he is 1 year and has turned a light brown so your rabbit is probably doing the same thing, just changing as he gets older.

I have a black lop as well, and during the summer his fur almost got completly brown. Now he is molding, and the new fur is all black again :)
