wild birds?

    there are some little birds that made a nest out of mud outside my front door they are little birds i dont know if they are robins or what they are.
    My question was is it illigal to have them

    HI its not illegal to have wild birds nest in your garden or outside your door but it is illegal to take birds from there nest so aslong as you dont touch the birds or chicks thereis no reason why you cant enjoy seeing them in your garden.

    Could you get a picture of the little guys maybe we will be able to tell what type of birds they are.

    That sounds exactly like something that happened to me when I was little. Some chickadees decided to build a nest on the light outside of my front door. We'd come home everyday and find all sorts of dead bugs in our mailbox (the light was ontop of the box)

    I would just leave them alone and enjoy them while they're there. Pretty soon they'll be all grown up and they'll fly away.
