Can someone help me with this?
My 7 year-old male tabby is over licking and scratching and has lost a great deal of fur on the lower belly, inside all four legs, patches outside of the two back legs, and a little on the chest just below the chin.

The Vet has tried allergy meds (benedryl and cortisone -shots and tablets, diet change, litter change to unscented, change to skin sensitive laundry detergent, no purfume for me, and.... no change - he is gradually losing more and more fur. There have been no changes in the home and his behavior and eating habit are normal. There is no bladder infection, and no fleas were found. This is costing me a fortune - which I wouldn't mind if I was seeing some positive results.

What's up??? Should I see a different vet?? Will this ever stop??? Has anyone had this experience
