i ws jus wondering if anybody elses cat(s) suck there thumb?? my 8 month old Miko sucks his and im not complaning i think its cute but my boyfriend thinks its kinda anoying....he sounds like a baby sucking on a bottle......ive heard of it before, but mybe someone out there knows why they do it...

I ALSO HAVE A CAT MALE WHO SUCKS HIS THUMB HE'S ALMOST A YEAR OLD NOW STILL DOES IT HE HAS BROTHERS AND SISTERS NONE OF THEM DO IT! PLEASE REPLY OR EMAIL ME BACK THANKS!

Hello. I wouldn't worry about it. Some cats do this. You're not alone. It is generally a behavioral vice of young cats, under 18 months of age, and is often outgrown over time. Although, there are cats who will do this for the remainder of their lives.
