I bet he misses you just as bad. Maybe if you keep your self busy for a while you wont feel so bad? Im feel so bad for you. I hope it gets better soon. Try to read a book. You will forget about everything for atleast a while. Also if you just think about how happy you will be when you finally get to see him again it might be ok. I cant even leave my cats for more than a week without getting lonely. Good luck! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Simba, You don't sound pathetic at all, I feel the same way about my kitty. He actually is my comfort because I live alone, and my family doesn't really understand how you can be so close to a cat. That's why I'm so worried about him, I don't know if I could handle losing the only comfort in my life right now. ( I'm currently single) So, you're definitely not alone. I sometimes wonder if my attachment to him isn't a little too strong! IP: Logged |

Hi Simba, Sorry to hear that you two are in so much pain. My edgar is like my best buddy, even though I'm married, he understands me so well and me him. That's why I couldn't even imagine parting with him regardless of his problems, unless he needed medical attention of course. I moved from out of state and Edgar has really helped with my feeling that I have family here. Know what you are feeling and our hearts go out to you. Warmest regards. IP: Logged |
