My mom has two brother cats and they were both fixed years ago. Well one of them still sprays everything, couches, walls, beds, everything. She called the vet who fixed Hampton and the vet said he was fine and my mom didn't know what she was talking about. Took it to another vet and the same thing. Anyone have any ideas? The cat is cute and she is thinking about getting rid of it. IP: Logged |

Hello. This site has some good information about why neutered cats spray and how to solve this issue. I agree with everything they said, except medicating the cat as a last resort. I would rather work with my cat if he had any behavioral issues for as long as it takes, as opposed to medicating him. However, that's just my personal opinion. Sometimes medication is required if everything has been tried. Anyway, just click on the link below. http://cats.about.com/cs/behavioralissues/f/neuteredspray.htm IP: Logged |

Some Feliway or a Comfort Zone pulg-in would maybe be of some benefit. IP: Logged |
