![]() ![]() ![]() Refund!I would say they better do more than just refund if I lost my pet! They better find out what exactly the issue is and that it will never happen again! A class action lawsuit should be filed so that things like this doesn't happen again and deter other manufacturers of using or producing crap. I believe that the consumers in this situation would actually have a legal case against the manufacturer as the goods they have bought is not the true advertised product plus the fact that it would have caused those poor pet owners tremendous personal anguish,trauma and grief (to say the least).
