Hello all, I was just wanting to get some feed back from experienced "toy" dog owners. I currently have 7 indoor cats, but I wanted to get a small dog and have been thinking about the Pom. Is this a good choice as far as personality traits go? I want a dog that is very dependable but loves to be spoiled and friendly. Having the ability to tolerate cats would be a plus in my house. LOL Some questions I have: IP: Logged |

My neighhbor has a male pom. he walks around like a big shot. He barks at persons he does not know and will try to run after any dog he hates. went after the neighbors dog that tried to bite him while he was relaxing on the leash out side. Kind of arrogent additude. But sweet all the same. My other neighbor has a female that was not raised around other dogs and is scared to death of any dog. She loves kitties though. She is so daintyand yes smaller in size. It is just that she has a completely different temperment than the other one. She is one of those sweet little lap dogs which I love. Both of those dogs get along with both sexes in humans. I think they are cute. I do believe they shed alot though. I love having my poodle, though she would give your boyfriend a run for his money and try to run him off. LOL IP: Logged |
