![]() ![]() ![]() Lately, cheri only likes to play with female dog.She walks away whenever she bump into male dog.She will get excited if she meet with female dog.Once, we spooted Cheri climbing on top of the other female poddle.Since then, everytime she see this poddle, she will climb on top of her for some time. Is she normal? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() This is also a dominance behavior...I've seen my female attempt to get on top of other dogs as well. There was just a really nice article about this in the Whole Dog Journal. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I also hope it's normal. My female humps one of our males, plus she also has a few favorite toys she humps. And she sometimes lifts one of her legs while squatting to pee, as though she's marking. I've seen this behavior in other females, too, so I don't think we have anything to worry about. ![]() IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() DONT WORRY SHE IS NORMAL!! ![]() Is it possible that one time she was told off or in a little scrap with a male dog? She humps other females because she wants to be the dominant one AKA 'Boss Bitch' She wants to let the other female poodle that she is the boss. She probably only wants to play with the female because she is in charge. Did that help at all? CLAIRE IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yup totally normal. Cattle, wild coyotes, and some cats will do this as well. Its a sign of dominance! IP: Logged |
