From what little I have read, and heard, Innova sounds as though it is an exceptional brand of dog food. A friend of mine feeds Innova to her dogs and is very happy with it, and highly recommends the particular brand. I am not real familiar with it, except for the few things that I have read and heard (all positive), so I am curious as to what others think about it! I think its great...both of my dogs have done well on it in the past. Sebastian is having a hard time maintaining his weight on the Eagle Pack so I will probably be putting him on Innova again. My mother's Poodle has been on Innova for about 1 1/2 years and she has been very pleased with it. My vet thinks Innova is an excellent food also. Definately worth trying if its available in your area. IP: Logged |

Okay mdman, I'm in the market for dog food opinions right now also... so I actually did a search for Innova and found a very interesting site (epinions) that had reviews on Innova. Take a look if you want, perty interesting: http://www.epinions.com/content_14056853124. I tried to find a site for the product and couldn't (altho I didn't try for very long). My dog is on Nutro Natural Choice Puppy now and we're going to be converting over to Adult formula slowly, so I'm very interested in everyone's opinion on the product. IP: Logged |

Nern brought up a good point! That's the kicker, Innova isn't offered in my area. I am guessing that it can be ordered...I'll have to check out their website to see if ordering is an option. [This message has been edited by MyBabyShihPoo (edited 03-18-2004).] IP: Logged |

Yes, indeed. My two have beeen eating Innova adult for probably around 2 years. My 12 bag is free and my next one is the 12th. My two always gobble it all up. Very good ingrediants. Your vet sounds like a keeper. ------------------ IP: Logged |

bella has been on innova for a year now.. as a puppy she ate nutro max puppy but i switched her over to innova dog food when she was ready for "adult" food. she really loves it and it doesn't cost me any more than the nutro max cost.. since the food has less fillers than other foods she needs less.. my experience with innova is very positive IP: Logged |

My girls get Innova, they love it. I have seen a big improvement in their coats and they seem happier than before on the crap I was feeding them. This board really helped me in that department b/c I had never even looked at a dog food lable and was completly ignorant as to what I was feeding my dogs. IP: Logged |

Innova is expensive and a same kind but differing label is now sold at Petsmart....it DOES still contain some allergens in it...so I changed my Dobies from it to Senior Nature's Choice...and has chondroitin and glucosamine and NO allergens like wheat, corn, gluten. IP: Logged |
