Hi, I'm really struggling to find the time to get online lately so I just wanted to post a quick thread wishing everyone's animals well, and to thank the people who replied to my last post about spending time with your dog Mike - Hope things go great with Mitzy and don't forget to wet the babies head... 5-7 times lol. I got a quick question too... Thanks in advance Forgot to say... [This message has been edited by Nik (edited 03-22-2004).] IP: Logged |

Nik, I had that problem with Wylie, for 5 years I struggled to get her to eat and tried a lot of different foods. She was just a picky eater and would go a few days a lot without eating. I bought purina pro-plan last year, (which I know is horrible) but she loves it. I think it was just finding the right food she liked I dont even have to put canned food on it anymore. As for canned food - I gave her natures recipe for sensitive stomachs. So I think it may just be finding the right food that floob likes. honeybear IP: Logged |

I would go with the canned foods of the same brands as the recommended dry foods. But first, I think I would try just putting out whatever I want him to eat, and don't offer anything else. See if he eventually eats it if he gets hungry enough. If he is in good health, I wouldn't worry about 2-3 days of fasting.
