Hi

i was wonderin if anyone here is in the 4H horse club and if so what sort of stuff do u do? i am goin into it and my mom might become a leader for it soo please tell me

well im not in 4h right now,but i did for 2 yrs, a few yrs ago.

what we did first is we had to do club/public speaking,then a demo(tack cleaning,cooking,crafts etc to just to name a few.then when that was over we did riding lessons,fundraisers(car washes,chocolate selling etc) for yr end awards and we also went to a few fairs here and there(with riding or showing club displays and stuff).and at meetings we would discuss,club activities,fundraisers,record keeping of our projects,and just general chat.each club will have different ways of doing things,but thats what we did..oh and at the end of the 4h yr we would do a acheivement day where you show your project at the requirement at your project level which is like riding,showmanship and husbandry.hope this helps
