![]() ![]() My parakeet is at least 12 years old (we're unsure of his age), and lately, he can't seem to fully grasp his perches with both legs. One leg is okay, but the other leg sort of just rests on the perch, with his back claw outstretched and his other claws limp. Could he have broken it, or could he have arthritis because of his old age? Should I get it checked out by a vet? Or is there something I can do for him? Thanks. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I seriously think it is nothing to worry about. One time my parakeet "Rainbow" flew around the house and landed in a pot of boiling water but she was okay. IP: Logged |
