hope to get some help...a little gun shy
we're new in the neighborhood and have two young children
have seen our neighbors standing on their pigeon coop, when their birds are flying above, holding a stick-like/rifle-like
device that seems to make some sort of
clapping/cracking noise
What is that??

Wow that is scary. If you can get a better look at it and its not a gun I would go ahead and ask. If it is a gun I call the ASPCA. Don't know.
