Hi I would have the bird examined by an avian vet as it does not sound to good he may just have a little bug it could be something more serious please keep us posted of how he is.

Hi. If your bird is exhibiting unusual behavior, it typically means something's up. Is he being provided with the proper nutrition, including pellets, seed, and fresh foods? If so, perhaps he is suffering from a cold. Watch his symptoms for another day, and try to keep his room warm, but do not allow draft. (furnace is good, just be sure he is not near the vent) If this different behavior continues, I'd suggest visiting your local avian vet. Good luck!
