I have two birds, a canary and a parakeet. They have bonded well, and I have been taking very good care of them. I make sure that they acquire all of their daily attention/care, and they have an exquisite diet, covering all vitamins, minerals, calciums, etc. THey are very healthy, and their cage is cleaned every other day, disinfected every saturday. I am thirteen years old and do go to school. I ride horses and have a job at my local barn down the street. Although it is time consuming, I always find time every day for my birds. In addition, I am constantly reading and learning about all types of birds. I find cockatiels the most interesting, and spend hours on the weekends researching them on the internet, reading magazines, books, etc. I really hope to get a cockatiel, and I feel that I am knowledgeable enough about them to be able to avoid most problems. Do you think that I might be able to have time to love and care for a third bird, in addition to keeping up with my schoolwork and horses? I truly think that I belong with the birds, and have been enthralled with them since I got my two birds a year ago. What's your outlook on this?
