Since laws very so much depending on where you live (although most places wont let you own one) you should call your local pet store or SPCA and they will definitely know.

There are some stores in Texas that sell caiman. They are like small south american gators that grow big really fast. Sadly, most of these animals outgrow their owners cages and are given away. They are very expensive and need much room.
