Hi. I am trying to learn as much as possible about the breed. I'd like to really start my kennel in a year or so. I've found lots of great information online, in books, and talking to other APBT fanciers, but I'd like to find a breeder in my area to take me under his/her wing and 'show me the ropes'.

Hi there I would look up Breed clubs online and join your Local or National breed club. Although nice to have a mentor close by, it isn't always necessary.
