HI MY MIN PIN HAS BEEN VOMITING FOR 3 DAYS, LOOKS LIKE ITS ALL DOG FOOD. I TOOK HIM TO THE VET ON SATURDAY AND THEY KEPT HIM OVER NIGHT BECAUSE HE HAD A SLIGHT FEVER AND WAS DEHYDRATED, DUE TO THE VOMITING- THEY SENT HIM HOME SUNDAY MORNING WITH ANTIBIOTICS BUT HE JUST VOMITED AGAIN- MAYBE THE ANTIBIOTIC IS MAKING HIS TUMMY UPSET
(I GAVE IT TO HIM WITH FOOD) OR MAYBE THE VET MISSED SOMETHING, IM WORRRIED- I WILL WATCH HIM CLOSLEY- I JUST WAS HOPING SOMEONE WOULD RESPOND TO THIS POST SOON. THANKS

I would call the vet and let them know. My grandmothers cat became very sick from the antibiotic given to him and the vet had to give her another kind intead because he could'nt handle the first one...it was too harsh on his stomache.

what did the vet tell you.

Did the vet give you an explanation as to what was causing the fever?
More info is needed. How old is the Pin? Shape, overweight, healthy?
If the dog is vomiting than it is become dehydrated again and needs to get back to the vet promptly.

    yogi thanks for aswering

hi- no explanation was given except for maybe a virus- the fever was 102.4-she said is wasnt really high- he is 4 and weighs 22 lbs- otherwise healty- today he is playful - my hubby says that it the acorns hes eating making him sick- i didnt think of that- his vomiting is after we give him the anitbiotic- vet said give it to him with food- but within 2 hours after he gets sick- maybe the dosage is to high>> 250mg of amoxil-thanks
