painted glass fish question

    my painted glass fish losing color wat is hapening and wat can i do for it?? pls help thx

    you cant do anything about this situation. painted glass fish are normally clear in color, but they are dyed with specials inks to make them have that neon glow. this process is unhealthy for them and plus, as time goes on, the dye fades which is what you are beginning to see

    That is a mean practice and really should be stopped. I can see how if I didn't know that they were artificially dyed I would want them. It would be cool to own a natural one though ;)
