My cock kept pulling out all her tail feathers, and now she only has one left :?: What does this mean?

It don't mean anything, my birds do it when they are molting, aslong as there is no blood on the tips of the feathers which would indicate she is self mutilating.

On only one of the feathers there was some dried blood on the tip. Should I do anything :?:

There nothing really you can do it does sound like she is moulting which is no uncommon for birds to molt during the winter especially if they are kept indoors.

All i do is put some warm water in a water mist spray bottle and mist the birds once a day until there new feathers come in.
But make sure there is not draughts that can cuase them to get a chill.
