If you care anything at all about animals, please spay and neuter. These animals are not born because of being wanted but because of carelessness. They need to run commersials like no.7 on a daily basis. Some people would say why subject yourself to such saddness. Why for the sake of the animals that can't speak for themselves.

 

Holy crap, I couldnt get through that video. I think I watched about 30 seconds of it, and then they were going to put down that second dog, I had to turn it off. Things like that just make me so sad and angry- how anyone can so anything like that to an animal... it's just something that my mind cant grasp. If you're going to have a pet, make sure you can take care of it, dont just buy something beacuse it looks cute... and you must spay or neuter your animals unless you are able to take good care of babies and find good homes for them. It's going to take me a long time to get over the reality of that video... and I didnt even watch most of it.

 

After reading the replies from watching this video, I am not going to look at it. I can't even watch those animal precinct shows on the Animal Planet. Nuh uh...no way am I gonna look.

 

I'm with you BulldogMomma. I am not even going to look at it as well. And I also can not watch the animal cops shows. I sure am thankful for people who can do that job though, as much as I adore animals I could not do it!! So a shout out :y_the_best: :y_the_best: to all who help in the dog's defense!!!

 

I don't know that this should be posted on a forum where children can view it. I don't have any but this is potentially extremeley emotionally scarring to kids. For myself even =/

ITs horrible. and its done everyday. Because of those idiots who don't spay and neuter, find a puppy bring it home, then forget about it, dump it or abuse it, BEcause of those bastards these precious lives ENDED!

I wasn't in any way saying this should be hidden btw or criticizing the poster....its something people do need to know about yes....but I dont know if this is the place for it. Im just upset thats all. I could never understand a puppy being unwanted. I think I'll go rescue a cat today.

Ever picked up a bag of Iams or Science Diet and seen the words "by product" on the back? Maybe this will make some of you think twice that still arent feeding quality foods to your dogs. Maybe they do and maybe they dont...but i sure wouldnt put it past them.

 

I posted this clip because I personally feel all pet owners should be aware of the importance of spaying and neutering. I volunteer at my local shelter and quite frankly I am sick and tired of all the lame excuses given everyday by people who bring in their pregnant dogs and dump them at the shelter because they were to irresponsible to have the dog spayed and then pretend to not know how she could have gotten pregnant.
Or the people who keep a dog until the new cute cuddly puppy stage passes and then the poor thing is abandoned at some shelter with a very uncertain future.
It never ceases to amaze me the excuses and blatant lies people come up with to justify turning in their animals to the shelter some of which they may have had for several years.
Being a good pet owner is as important to me as being a good parent and I just cannot understand why people do not spay and neuter their pets so that there will be no worries of unwanted puppies or kittens especially when there are so many animals euthanized every single day all over the country. I live in a very rural community and last year alone in my county 8,000 animals were euthanized. It's so very sad but it's reality.
ILoveGreatDanes I personally feel like this is a forum for adults and children should be supervised by a parent while surfing the internet. And I did post *Viewer Discretion Advised* so that people would be aware of the graphic nature of the clip.

 

:cry: I just question whoever those hands were attached to can perform that act, over and over, and still wake up each morning to face a repeat performance. I'm sorry, but I get really upset if I tread on my pet accidentally.
