We run a stock pond fishing business in Texas and we get our fish from Arkansas. The past month or so we have lost thousands of pounds of fish very rapidly. They just die. We did notice a small green worm inside the mouth of most and a green algae looking fungus growing in the mouth. Does anyone know what this might be? And how to get rid of it. Please help!!

hmm, you might want to change your store that you shop at, it sounds like your fish has mouth fungus. you might want to go out to your lfs and ask them if they have any fungus medications.

im not sure, but i wouldnt stay with that supplier, you can get leaflets that show and explain deseases so they are easily recognisable.

Little old but the obvious thing to do is to stop buying from that paticular supplier until you get everything under crontrol, good luck!

Unfortunate that many fishes had died  I suggest you have a good talk with your supplier.

Just a guess but even if u get a new supplier and u still got some old fish in ur lake/pond I think the old ones will infect the news ones. Im with Fishaddict Get some Meds cuz u might just keep passing the disease around
