Also make sure that theirs nothing in yoru tank that could be infected with ick but somehow missed chemical treatments like some that can go under gravel or something inside a hollo rock/shell.

It might be going from fish to fish and back and worth!

How often do you do water changes on this tank and what percent are they? Are your fish relatively new to the tank? Are they exposed to stress? Ick is really a stress related illness, so anything that is stressing your fish like a cycling environment or rapid temperature changes is going to put them at risk.

You have to keep treating with the ich med for a week after the last spot has disappeared.

Just do a few water changes, before you add the chemicals i find to work the best. Also everyone when adding new fish put them in the hospital tank a few days with cures for such diseases as ich, i have found that it seems to keep the fish happy and disease free for most of their life!

To add to that, Ick shows itself when fish are under stress. Could your tank be alittle cold? Or is your water alittle chilly when you do water changes?

How are you using the quick cure? Are you just adding it once? Or are you adding it every day? Did you remove your carbon in your filter (if you have any)? How long have you been treating your fish with quick cure? What fish do you have (any tetras or scaleless fish)? Are you using the full dosage?

Chelle has a good point, curing the fish will depend on diff. factors. I found that if i have scaless fish i will move the fish with the infestation and cure them alone, though if it is overun in the whole tank then i found it best to clear the whole thank. Some of you may not agree with that, but it has worked with me.
