Well some of you might remember the picture of my Kitty sleeping in a speaker box. Well she snuck out of the house on friday night and I looked all over for her all weekend. Well last night around 3am I called for her and I hurd her cry. So I kept calling her til I found her. She could not move her front left leg at all, I thought she was hit by a car. Well once I got her inside I left her leg and shoulder and everything was fine. Her neck and shoulder were swollen like you wouldn't beleive. I looked her all over and found a big red mark under she shoulder. I guess she was bite by something. My husband works nights and out of the 3 cars we have with my luck 2 are down, my husbands at work with the only running car. So I said I was going to take her when he got home in the moring to the vet. Well he ended up having to work late he got home are 11am and by then it was too late, she had passed. I burried her next to all my other animals, I have a flower garden where they are all burried. I always bring my animals home to be burried at home if I have to PTS. I just wish I knew what happened to her. My poor girl, she never cryed in pain, she was purring til the second she passed, she was laying in my lap.

i am sooo sory to hear that.. i have 2 cats now that have dissapeared w/o a trace ones been gone 4 almost 2 years and the other 4 almost 5 months now.... there r many many things that could of happened to ur baby.... a bite is possible.. anything is really possible i would ask some neighboors and see if they might know anything.... i know the worst thing about losing an animls weather they r just gone not knowing if they r still alive or if they have passed and not knowing why its a horrible feeling.. and i personally still want to find out answers on my babies.... does any of ur neighboors not like animals that u know of???? my neighboor hates cats.... he dont really like animals period but he HATES cats and i have heard of him shooting at other ppls cats w/ a bb guns etc... and my garfield had a broken pelvis not to long ago and he was the most loveable cat ive ever had he went up to anyone well at first i thought he might have been hit by a car but since hes been better he is extreamly terrified of men b4 he loved everyone now he will not even go up to my brother or my dad and he knows them....sooo i have a feeling that me neighboor might have did something w/ my first cat bubba almost 2 years ago and it killed him and then luckily garfield survived and then he went after tedy bear almost 5 moths ago and killed her.. i hate to think that but ive heard some pretty nasty things bout this man and he refuses to talk to me soooo.. my cats r all indoor cats only now but they will sneek out every onece and a while and im going crazy looking 4 them...

I talked to my neighboor she said she saw her playing with a Indigo but they are not poisions (sp). I know there are Pigmy Rattlers around here along with Coral Snakes. But, I figured if she was bite by one of them she would have died alot sooner. I really don't know, I just wish she wouldn't have snuck out!

Thanks everyone for your kind words! I'm still not used to her being gone. I wait for her to come rub on my legs when i'm in the kitchen, she thought if i was in the kitchen she was getting some tuna (she loved tuna). I still look for her in the window another of her fav places to sleep! My American Bulldog still looks for her, Storm loved Kitty even thou Kitty didn't like her too much. She goes and lays next to where she is burried and smells the ground! I don't know who is more heart broken my or Storm. My husband even looks for her and he doesn't really like cats too much but he loved her!

    Again thanks everyone!
