Hi vene, it's the thread about the litter tray problem, I think it's called getting kitty ready for baby??? Yep we're going to keep the boy, couldn't figure out how to make the decision really, whether to wait until they had all gone but the last one and keep that whichever it turned out to be or to state right from the start which one we want - very difficult coz they are all beautiful!!!! Still not sorted with his name, Sinbad is definitely in the running but everyone also likes Thomas and he does suit it I will see if I can get a good pic of him and post it and maybe the gang would like to offer up some suggestions, what do you think :?:

Hi vene, thank you for your hugs and kisses, I sure as heck needed them!1 That was a pretty nasty, short but sharp tummy bug but I feel loads better today and am hoping to get a good shot of Thomas tonite I have been absolutely amazed at the babes progress with weaning and stunned at the latest developments with the litter tray..........

I put a small tray in their room yesterday evening, Dusty plonked herself right in it and just sat in it, she filled it completely the tray is so smal!! Haha I thought, what I need to do is bring her tray in as well so she can show them what to do just like with the food, so I did. This moring there's a tiny little kitten poo in the tray, I am so knocked out with all of this mother nature stuff!!!

On the down side, I think that the kittens must now be taking less milk off Dusty and she looks very uncomfortable, I suppose this is the way it goes and have been told to watch out for mastitis but I do feel a bit sad for her as she slowly but surely loses the dependency of her babies

Lex is in my lap right now... it's super hard. i have a small lap and he's a very large cat.
anyways... i melted when i seen the pictures. one kitten is cute, but a whole mess of them just mushes ya.
