Then take her to a shelter.

You shouldn't have animals you cannot afford.

if you can't afford to give this kitten proper medical attention now that she so desperately need what will you do later when vaccines are necessary spaying, maybe another emergency, what about proper nutrition for a growing kitten - you need to take this baby to a no-kill shelter so she can live a healthy life. We know you mean well but you should never take on the responsiblity of a life if you cannot afford to care for it properly.

there have been a few posts lately from others [the usual help my cats dying what do i do] and everyones advice was to take the cats to the vet. but no one has replied or given us updates? did these cats make it to the vet? i have a bad feeling they didnt. hmm, pity. kittykitty101, we cant help you until you decide to help yourself. even if the kitten is fine, take it to a shelter.

this kind of thing just irritates the h___ out of me. :m3:

pets are alive...they need care. it would be like having a sick baby and saying...oh well...i just dont have the money. they are a responsibility. if people can not afford care for their animals, they need to give them to someone who can. then...get a pet rock...or play that game that has the animals that you can put down for a nap...whatever the heck it is called. i dont do well with this topic.

our furrbabies ARE our babies in most cases... most if not all treat them as another human.. we love them, and see to their medical needs just like a baby... that's how it should be. i am not sure if any true animal lover could debate that.

And please remember, we are not certified VETS. All we can give is advise. The one you should always call in any sort of medical crisis is a registered veterinarian.
