Help.....found new kitten

I found a new kitten today, she looks like she is about 4 weeks old.......i gave her some kittem formula and she ate a little canned kitten food.......any suggestions? She is also in isolation from my other animals ( 2 cats 2 dogs)

ok update on our new kitty............I brought HER to the vet today and she is perfectly healthy, no earmites etc, shes 5 weeks old. Her name is Cinderella which goes along perfectly with our other 2 cats Princess Aurora and Belle. ( we are disney nuts!!) I will have pics soon.
