parhanas in california

    is it legal to buy parahaas in california and can u order them from any web sites? last time i owned one was in oregon and i think i remeber someone saying they are illegal in california.. thanks guys

    Those mail order companies keep close track of where pirhanas are illegal. I know they are illegal here in Texas, not sure about Cali.

    so how are the people getting them or do they still deliver mail order to cali ... Or are they just driving up to oregon.

    They're also illegal to import so whatever those people are doing to get theirs, it's illegal.

    Even if you order them from a website, that's still importing and illegal.

    i understand that im not saying i would just curious if it worked for anyone sence they have it listed as avalible to ship anyware in the usa

    Ok, take this for an example. I wanted a product to kill snails in my aquarium. The web site states "ship anywhere in the US" so I select the product along with my other purchases and get all the way through the checkout and hit "submit". Then I get a notice that says my snail killing product is illegal in California, therefore it would not let me purchase it :( Companies have to be very careful about this sort of thing if they want to stay in business very long.

    And honestly, if they don't know what's illegal where, I wouldn't trust them with my money.
