Convicts Question

    When a female convict is about to lay eggs does she like dance or fan her fins over her dugout hole because that is what mine is doing and the male swims in and out pasuing a little bit.

    It definitly sounds like it to me, especially if she is around her dugout nest for some time.

    Alright, I heard you should feed breeding fish a little more often then nonbreeding fish, is this true? And yes I am probably going to feed them to my other predators.

    females tend to eat MORE when they have eggs or are pregent.
