I was lying on the couch and Molly was sitting on my chest and we were watching TV....I feel her kinda nuzzle up against me and do that head-butting thing and I feel loved....

Then...all of a sudden I realize she's LICKING MY BOOB!

I kinda nudged her to make her stop and then she went right back at it again.

Apparently, I had spilled some spaghetti sauce from dinner on my shirt and she thought it smelled yummy. :roll: :shock: :-s

max goes nuts over cinnamon muffins....he will shove his head in the sack and start barreling into the sack when i get them from paradise bakery. he also runs up and over the counter when i open a propel water. i give him a tiny taste. i can never leave a chicken caeser salad, salad dressing, chips and dip, and anything else....for that matter, otherwise he will chow down. [-X

but when it comes to normal kitty food. he wont eat most wet food, plain cooked chicken, and alot of dry. hes a freak too.... :shock: :m3:

mikey is normal...eats normal cat food, never tries to eat what i am eating...hes a good lil kitty

 

Hilarious post, karen_80! Luna is the opposite, she refuses to eat anything but her usual food and treats, and she's even fussy about them at times. She occasionally shows an interest in what I'm eating, particularly if it comes in a crinkly bag. I have often given her a little piece if it's something that wouldn't be bad for her, but aside from the occasional lick, she never even gives it a try. I guess nothing passes her "smells like meat" nose test, being that I'm vegetarian and never actually eat meat. I'm a strict vegetarian, and she's an even stricter carnivore, it seems.

My mom calls us the odd couple, and I guess she's right.

They're all crazy, but the whole honeydew thing was a definite surprise, altho Gail tells me hers love green pepper. The most bizarre is that Puck will actually try to lick the deodorant off of my armpits - don't ASK me why! And they will lick my feet if I use the Bodyshop Peppermint foot lotion (even while I'm walking) so I have to put socks on right away.

I DO feed them cat food! Honest!!!! :roll:

 

:mrgreen: I'm an accident waiting for somewhere to happen so there's always some type of food on my shirt and they climb all over me to see who gets to get the top layer. lol. Altho I DID learn the hard way not to sleep in the 'buff with kittens in the house. Ewwwww..

 

I might be mistaken but isn't catnip also a member of the "mint" family? I had heard that was the reason they love the smell of peppermint too.

 

That is priceless....but both of my WHITE cats luv spaghetti sauce...the older one Jazz has no prob w/ it..but Caesar is only 6mo so he ends up w/it all over his face..lol
