Is this a common parakeet behavior?

Every now and than especially during resting or sleeping I would see both of my parakeet turn their head all around and bury them on their backs and also they're resting on one leg on the perch sometimes. It looks kinda funny and was wondering if this is a normal behavior? I'm assuming its a comfort position for them as they seem pretty healthy otherwise.
