I went into the vet this morning as soon as they opened because I had this terrible feeling that something was wrong... But when I got there Kopi picked his head, and started wagging his tail, he held his head up the whole time i was there with him, and everytime i said something to him he was wagging his tail!!
When I went back in around noon the dr asked me how I thought he was doing. And then he told me that Kopi was standing up in his cage when he went back to check on him, wagging his tail. And he had gone back there to find him like that twice. He did stand up and walk out of his cage on his own for the girls that clean his cage.
I just called the vet, it's about 4:15, and they said he still doing good, keeping his head up, hasn't vomited or had any other problems. The Dr told me that he seems to be pulling through and turning around and is going to be ok. But there are no promises. That's the most positive thing that i've heard from him since I dropped him off. Tomorrow will be his 8th day at the vet. He's been sick for 8 days today... So they just think that monday and tuesday was the worst part of the virus taking his toll on him and he's fighting it off now. I'm so giddy and happy right now. If you could have seen him yesterday, he wouldn't respond to me at all, he wouldn't move... and now.... i'm just so happy!
Thank you for all the input I got from everyone yesterday. I will keep you posted on how he is doing.

Thats great! Usually if they make it past a week, they've got a good chance of pulling through! Is he eating and drinking on his own? Thats a VERY good sign if he is.

I went to see him last night after I got out of work, and he looks so much better! He still looks so sad, but he is doing so much better... I was standing a little bit away from his cage while my mother and father in-law where closer to him, petting him... and i was bouncing his tennis ball, well I missed it, and dropped it and he lost sight of it, he jumped up, and started to head out of his cage. The girl that's taking care of him came in to check on him, and after she left we were all just standing back talking, and he stood up again, and tried to come to us, so we huddle around his cage to be close to him... then his daddy came into see him, and his eyes lit up and was so excited... and when my father in law said he was going home Kopi jumped and tried to make a break for the door... That last time did shake him up a little bit, and he vomitted, but the I talked to his dr, and if he made it through the night with out throwing up they're going to try to give him food today. He said he might just try it anyway, to see how Kopi handles it. We were there for about and hour, and we left a little earlier than we have been so he could get some rest. We have to keep his cage shut now so he does try to get out of it just yet, he's still getting tired, but he's strong and he's really fighting this thing! So I'm keeping my fingers crossed! :)
