It sounds like it's probably about time to get him fixed. I got my kitten fixed at 5 1/2 months.

Also, if you play with your cat with your hands, he will probabaly be a little more aggressive when you try to handle him. I was always told not to play with cats with bare hands because they always tend to see them as toys. It's cute at 8 weeks, but becomes painful when they're a year!

    Good luck!

i'm sorry to hear about ollie, all those hormones eh? i can't remember when dusty was "done" but i know it was before he started spraying and the main reason he was "done" was because he was starting to get a little too violent. it didn't bother me so much, but my mum was a childminder at the time and was looking after young children (not so good for them!)
    hope it goes well,
    Love Breez.x.

my boys were never agressive..and i got them fixed at around 7 months..but i think they werent aggressive bc they had each other to wrestle with.

    good luck with the appointment!

Raz isnt rough with me anymore, but i had to train him not to bite. :) it may not just be hormones too... (course they aint helping) but you should be trying to train him biting is bad.

oh have u tried those kitten gloves..they have long fingers w/ toys on the ends..it teaches the kittens to attack the toys..not your hands...

    Good Luck Ollile!!

Well Ollie's crazy kitty moments could also be cuz he is still a kitten too, so that may not all change with the neuter. My Vianne gets like that once in awhile too. She will race around from room to room with her ears back and her tail swishing like she is chasing her imaginary playmates. It's actually pretty funny, sometimes she goes crashing into the doors. I'm home alot during the day so usually when she gets like that i just take it as an oppurtunity for kitty playtime. I start chasing her around and i get her toy fox tail and and she chases me with it.
