Pictures of my two kittens!!

Hi all! I registered with this board sometime back, but havent had the time to post much....and the digital camera has been acting up. Well, all thats fixed and I would like to share some pics of our two cuties. This is Cinder and Jynx. They are our two brother and sister twins, that we got from a man with a serious cat population problem. The cats werent exactly feral, but they werent socialized very well either. When we brought these two home, the stayed together, and away from us for a long time. But with a lot of patience and cuddling they have really come out of their shells! They are great additions to the family, and we never knew we would love having cats soooo much! They are a blast!

Oh they're beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing! Were they behaved over xmas? Many of us had our trees torn up by our babies hehehe

 

They are beauties! Jynx has real striking eyes! :y_the_best: She's all eyes and ears. LOL's! They are a definite gorgeous pair! :mrgreen: Great job socializing them!

 

Thanks for the compliments! They are real sweeties! I love the way that they look so alike, but when you look at them closer you can tell the differences between them. She has a much more petite face and feminine features, and he is bigger with a more masculine face. Very neat!


They have been good with the tree overall. The longer it has been up, the more curious they have become. I think at night, and during the day they are starting to get into it more. But they have been good. The squirt gun has been effective! Even though they wont come near you for a while after being watered...they leave the tree alone! We are going to take it down tomorrow though before they start getting into some serious trouble. I have a good friend from work that has two cats, and they have destroyed her tree. Within the first few days of being up, the cats had it down twice. Needless to say, those kitties have spent quite a bit of time in the laundry room this December!!

 

I love black cats. They're so sleek and beautiful.

Jynx's eyes in that one picture could pass for "twisted kitty" I got this calendar with these cats making crazy faces called "twisted kitties"....!!

 

Ha Ha Fridaylove!! I know the pics you are talking about! It didnt occur to me until now, but yes, she does look a little like some of those pics! I liked that pic of her because the expression on her face just makes me laugh. I can only imagine what she is thinking :lol: :lol:
