New Here. Going to get a littledog in 2005

Hello, I'm a new here. It looks like a great place! I am wondering - do you have a Picture or Photo section?

I'm looking at bringing home a little dog sometime in 2005. At the moment it seems like that would be a sweet little Shihpoo - I can't wait. I have owned dogs before but despite good intentions I have been a bad dog owner. Top much barking, too much chewing, lack of obedience....but very sweet souls. I have also bought the entire wrong kind of dogs in the past for my lifestyle.

Why a shihpoo? Well its not decided yetm, but I'm loking for a lapdog, one that is not highly strung but settled, happy go lucky, no too active, not a huge 'yapper', hair that sheds minimally, smart, loyal.

This time I am going to know exactly what I am doing. I have been researching for a year now...everything from choosing the right little dog, looking after it and obedience training and more.

I can find some (but not many) shitsu cross Toy Poodle puppy photos but I would like to see more adult ones...plus other poodle cross adults.

Its great that your doing some research before getting a dog. We don't have a specific photo section here but photos can be posted right in the threads. You might be able to find some photos of what your looking for on dogster.com or by searching the forums here as many members have previously posted photos of their dogs. Good luck.

 

Try doing a web search ,or email me at mmsmrc@yahoo.com I know a few sites with alot of crosses and adults, puppy pics ect.

 

i use to say i never wanted a small dog until apt. life... last year i got a yorkie -poo and he is a joy of my life.... he is so smart and only barks when he needs to go out or someone enters the house.... he thinks he pretty tough...i dont know about too many poodle crosses but a yorkie-poo was a great choice for me..... i wish u the best!!!!
