    I'm sorry Lucidity!
I'm sure its fine to crush and syringe feed with water. I hate when the vets give pills...I have a really hard time with them too. My vet gave me the liquid last time and it was much easier to give...some of them even liked the taste of it.

Well, we're less than 12 hours away from vacation!

Thanks to everyone for the responses. I think we're all better now.

My husband took Chloe to the vet yesterday. The vet said crushing the pills was fine. Zoe (the one who threw up after the medicine) is to go in after we get home. Luckily, the vet wasn't concerned at all. We'll take Zoe in and get her the shot. They still didn't mention liquid to the hubby. I'm sure the shot it the better idea, anyway (since Zoe threw up last time).

But, the cats are now all well and fine.

They know something's going on now that we're packing. I went to the store out of guilt and bought them a few toys. Guilt is a wonderful thing for my cats!

Anyhow, I'll be back in a week!

We forgot to remind lucidity that tapeworms are usually transmitted by fleas. When my kids had them, the vet suggested flea treaments for everyone too. I guess we can tell her when she comes back!
