On thurs. our pup vomited, and had a bit of diahrea, on fri am she had diahrea again so we took her to the vet, he gave her a shot and we brought her home, no more vomiting or diahrea that day that afternoon she was playing and eating, well tht night she had diahrea again, then on sat. she threw up twice. we have been giving her pedialyt and water, and gatorade and water, Last night she threw up a few more times and it had a bit of blood in it then she had diahrea once that had blood in it. today she threw up this am with no blood and no diahrea?? Someone told me to feed her raw eggs with sugar?? Is she getting better or not?? Please anyone with any tips would be great...just really trying to figure this out.

If I were you I would bring the pup back to the vet asap! Parvo is fast once the symptoms start....and sometimes the pedialite doesn't work. The worse off the pup is the more expensive its gonna be for you and also no guarentee the pup will live the longer you wait. Did the vet tell you the pup had parvo?

JVet and updates on the pup

Yes, the vet told us she had parvo, and said we could either take her home with a 50/50 chance of survival or leave her there witha 80 chance of survival. We would have loved to have her there but could not afford it so we took her home gave her pedialyte and water every 30 minutes, and gave her her meds, reglan for vomiting and flagyl for the diahrea, and today she is better. It has been a long weekend but she has made it. She goes in on Friday for a check up but this morning at 2 am she started eating and drinking on her own and has not thrown up or had diahrea in 24 plus hours..so Thank God for her.

    Thanks for all the support
