need help with filter

    k heres the problem.. MY BLOODY FILTER BROKE.. And it has nothing to do with the mechanical part either.. the clip broke a little bit from the base and i was wondering what kind of glue would hold it best... its not broken right of it just seperated from it.. really hard to explpain as you can probablly already tell.. any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRICATED
