1 yr old Lab wetting his crate!

Need advise from someone on my 1yr old Lab. He recently started wetting his crate overnight, which has never happened before. It has happened twice in the past 2 weeks and I am stumped. I have not changed anything, except cutting back on his water late afternoon.
What is going on? I'm not talking about a little leak either...he is fully empting his bladder.

sounds like a urinary tract infection, I would get him to the vet, they do a test , antibiotics will clear it up and should be all back to normal

thank you honeybears. I have alos noticed that he "leaks" or continues to urinate after he starts. When he is walking away, I notice he is still peeing and it gets all over him...and he doesn't even seem to care or know that he is doing it. Do you think it is an infection?

it does sound like an infection, since he has never done this before and most of the time when they have a UTI they cant control themselves so peeing on himself and in his bed which they almost never do is a sign of a problem. take him to the vet, because UTIs are not cured on their own.
