10 gallon stocking question

    My brother has a ten gallon with four black skirt tetras is ther anything else I could add?

    Not a whole lot. Those black skirts pretty much fill up the tank. Maybe an oto to help clean up. If you can find pygmy cories, you might be able to squeeze in 3 (but that would make it slightly overstocked) and I wouldn't try it with any of the non-pygmy species.
