What fish should i get to fill it with.

    I already have:

3 small catfish about 1inch long
1 albino pleco about 3-5 inches
    1 cherry barb
    2 blue platty's
    1 gold feeder fish

First I need to know what kind of catfish (the 3 1" ones) those are.

Also, is that gold feeder fish a rosey minnow or a goldfish? Either way it doesn't belong in a tropical tank.

The catfish are the corydoras peppered ones.

also, it is a feeder goldfish, because my tank also serves in the winter for storage for my pond gold fish and koi.

hmm you shouldn't mix cold and tropical fish if I were you if you are using it in the winter for goldfish and koi I would not put anything else in. goldfish and koi some species need up to 50 gal's a fish so if it were me I wouldn't put anything else in it what you have in there now is fine that my opinion but lets see what t-chelle says

True dat! Doesn't it stress the fish or something?

its more of the fact of the needed temps. for each type of fish. so yeah in a way it has part of stress included.
