a lil update w/ my babies..

well lets see i still have Chyanne. She is still terrified of dogs since the attack. I still have Garfield, who is still a mamas boy 100% and still likes to do his nursing thing and hes almost 3 years old.lol. And Simba i still have him hes still the same ol brat hes always been still loves to attack feet and clean hair. And then theres Princess she was a baby last time i was on here, i had just goten her, shes a fiesty lil brat w/ an attitude. And then i have a new addition named Prissy (i think thats what im naming her) who i just got last friday.She is also from the same mom cat that Sassy, Teddy Bear, Garfeild, and Princess is from. That poor mom cat seems to end up back at th ppls house next door preg. again and having more babies... Now to update the one cat i left out Sassy, Garfeilds sister, she passed away about a month ago my mom moved out and Sassy was her cat, which i helped bottle feed also but she took to my mom more then me, well since my mom moved and was trying to get her new place together b4 she brought Sas into it. Sassy tried to get out a lil more then she had b4. (my cats have been indoors only now 4 a year) Well it was a wednesday night and i was helping my mom at her place till 12 am and was getting ready to bring Sassy on that comming up Saturday there and when i got home Sassy wasnt waiting at the door when i came in w/ the other cats. So i started calling her outside till 5 am and had no luck so i knew something was wrong b/c Sassy was a lil pig and she new when it was dinner time and was there meowing till she got fed. So the next morning i called 4 her again till bout 10am then decided to call my dad to see if he had seen her and then 4 him to tell me he had to burry her the night b4 around 8pm that he had gotten home from work and she ran out so he left again and went to wal-mart and came back around 8 and she came running across the road comming home and a truck ran her over...I felt so bad if i had only been there she woulnt be gone. 8pm is her dinner time and thats why she was commin home she knew someone was there and thought she was gonna get to eat. If i had been home she wouldnt have been outside in the first place... I feel sooo bad.. She had a very short time w/ us and it tore my mother apart when i had to tell her...But then almost a month later heres a baby grey kitten sitting on my back pourch at the door crying.. Looks almost like Sassy except its grey white and 3 orange spots and Sassy was just grey and white...But we keep saying that we r going to find her a new home but ive gotten so attached im not sure i can now..soo she might be a new part of the family...

Im so sorry to hear about Sassy :cry: It's always tragic when these things happen, but you shouldn't blame yourself. It's nobodys fault. Hopefully you and your family will be able to move on with a little help from Prissy. She is just adorable And so are your other kitties! Great pictures

(I'm adopting a baby bunny next weekend, and I really hope he and Kyrre will get along and become friends like your Princess and Baby (if that's the bunnys name?))

Hi FMgurl43. It's good to have you back. I'm so sorry for your loss. :cry: Your pics are wonderful. I agree, the bunny is very cute. When I was a kid we also had rabbits and they were good friends with the cats.

 

thankx everyone and its great to be back... and yes bente baby is the bunnys name.. well acually my son named her dumbo but she was just to sweet and cute so i had to callher baby soo i guess its baby dumbo.. we also call her lola to my son got that off of baby loony toons...lol soo she has 3 names...lol princess loves her to death they will play all day long.. baby chases princess then princess chases baby over and over again its soo cute to watch them...every now and then garfeild will jump in and play w/ baby but hed rather be in my lap getting attention.... and he gets competition w/ baby shes a spoiled lil bunny and loves to be in ur lap and her belly petted...when i first got her princess was still lil (she still isnt quite a year old yet) but baby was also a baby and was so lil she was the size of my hand...so they have grew up w/ each other...With Sas its taking some time but it has been alot easier just knowing that she knew we loved her she was spoiled rotten but just knowing that without us bottle feeding her and her sis and brother non of them probably woudl have made it so just the fact that i helped at giving her a chance at life is helping alot...

its sooo nice to see someone adopt especiallty a bunny not very many ppl want full grown adult bunnys. (thats all we get here at the shelters) but they make awasome pets as well... mine will walk on a leash and is litter trained..but the same goes w/ cat and dogs if they r full grown most ppl just overlook thema nd dont look back and that breaks my heart..to me no matter how bad of shape they r in and how old they r w/ a lil tlc and time they will do whatever they r taught...
