    the poor kittie.... its so sad.... how could that animal shelter let that poor kitten get so bad? :cry:

    I think animal shelter do not have enough resoures. It is difficult for animal shelter to take care so many animals. Sometimes, when an animal is sick, it would be killed very soon in order to prevent spreading of diesase. Sad... :cry:
