She about 5 inches high at the shoulder, weighs 3 and a half #.

Any guesses....shes a 'newer' full breed not considered a mix....at least in Europe :p

Looks like a Min Pin. Or a Manchester Terrier, but I think those are bigger. But I'm guessing since you asked that she is actually something more exotic than that?

Her markings remind me of a min pin or manchester terrier but her face and ears remind me of a chihuahua.

I'll guess Chihuahua and Toy Fox Terrier.

I missed the "newer" full breed part...

    maybe a Russian Toy Terrier?

Aaah! I gotta give you that one. Its actually a Russian (Moscow) Toy Terrier. The main breed it was developed from is the English Toy Terrier, there are differing stories of what was in the mix, chihauha seems the most likely but Ive read that Yorkies are also in there.

We have one at the shelter, thats her pic that I posted, her names Julie. (Pron.Yuli)

I have a russian friend and when she moved to germany she had to respell her name bc of certain letters in russian which aren't in German/english alphabet (her hubby is american) but they (as in whoever makes legal docuamnets and is in charge of that stuff) decided on Yulja for julia (pronounced yulia)
