I just called the vet to get an update of Artemis. The vet tech (who loves him) was laughing and telling me she couldn't calm him down. She said he played the whole morning, woke up from his surgery and played again, and is still playing now! :qm2: She says she's not the least bit worried about his recovery. He'll be fine. I'm going to go pick him up in half an hour.

Poor Moe will be so put out to see him!

Well, he's home and extremely energetic. I guess neuters are not nearly as bad as spays. I'm glad that's over with!

So glad to hear he's doing well. Rhiannon was very active after her spay...I had a really hard time trying to keep her from playing.

I'm glad to hear that it all went well.

I wonder if it is easier on males than females. Kitters was very sore for days after her surgery. It took about a week for her to play.

I hope Moe is welcoming to the little one's return!

Neutering is much less invasive than spaying. Artemis is completely back to normal. He was a little "off" last night - his reflexes were really slow - but he's fine today.

Moe actually licked his face when I brought him home. But he's back to driving her crazy again.

Thanks for the update, Halaroo. I'm glad your little trouble maker is doing well. Has he gotten any better about biting you too hard?
