My baby birds are due to leave the nest any day now. Would it be ok if I held the babies? They do have all of their feathers.

Hi congratulations yes its now safe to handle the chicks but make sure you cup both hands around the chicks so that it can only get its head out as they are very fast and can jump from you hands causing death if they hit the floor to hard.

    Good luck
