Bala Sharks?

    I want to get a 55g soon i was thinkin of gettin some africans which i can get a bunch of em for cheap/free cuz my friends keeps having babys anyways back to the point would mbunas hurt a bala shark?

    I wouldn't mix the africans with the bala. The africans are just too agressive.

    Plus balas need to be in groups and get big (14"). You'd need at least 100 gallons to properly house them.

    african cichlids wouldnt hurt a bala shark they would most likely kill. balas need to be in schoold too... my balas not though...

    Not to my knowledge, but they are very active and like I said, get pretty large so they need quite a bit of swimming room.
