BENGAL POEM :) and pics of maxie

=P~ just wanted to share this poem...its so cute. written by a fourteen yr. old girl in cat fancy magazine....


"Lestat" :m10:

"a dash of asian leopard
a cup of domestic cat,
a spoongul of playfulnes
and you get lestat

he loves us so much
like a kid loves candy,
his spots and stripes are beautiful
his personality is nice and dandy

he'll run around the house
like a horse runs through a field,
and if you tell him a secret
his lips are always sealed

he's so smart and funny
he's always in a tangle,
hey, what can i say--
i love my little bengal!

and lastly...max thinkin he is real sneaky. the problem is...his tail is WAY too long...its hysterical when he stands up...his tail can touch his head :shock: :roll:

i volunteered tonight...and.....guess what they rescued two days ago???

he is absolutely adorable. greeeeaaaaat personality, two years old, beautiful, loving....

i called the person that is in charge of fostering...i may foster him...and then decide if i want to adopt.

i am very loyal to max and mikey. max is my "baby" and i wouldnt want to do anything to change that...and mikey ive only had since august of this year...three months. mikey is doing so well...he is coming out of his "reserved" demeanor and starting to communicate with me...(he has always been loving and followed me around the house) but i notice subtle shifts...in the connection between the two of us. postive shifts... :love_y_t_much:

If you have the chance to do a trial run with this new Bengal, why not? Got for it! If your cats don't take to him, it will only be temporary (if you're fostering first). If they do get along, you have another wonderful kitty in your home!
